New ReviewerWe bought a warranty to protect my sons Dodge Dakota. 5 months later his drive train fell out.
Luckily he was not injured.GWC gave us 2 options. One was to use junkyard parts and they would cover the cost the other was to pay $1323 of a $2120 repair using new parts. No where in the warranty contract does it say they use junkyard parts to repair vehicles. I wouldnt agree to the junkyard fix so we paid $789 out of pocket.
I tried to call Matt at GWC to discuss the matter. I left 5 messages and he NEVER called me back. Even worse was the company who fixed the truck said they talked to him and he said "yeah I have a bunch of messages from her"When the company suggested he should call me he said "yeah if she calls back I'll talk to her" I called back..... he never called me.
The messages I left were always calm and courteous. This company has been a very bad experience for our family.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
