I have Complained about the company by BBB and there might be some result

We bought a Five year protection plan. As in all review is mentioned they have a time limit that everybody is missing that since it is in paper and not mentioned at the time of purchased.

BUT THIS IS NOT ALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. ARE VERY RUDE specialy Evelyn Arnold AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR SUPERVISOR THEY ARE ALL SUPERVISOR. THE WHOLE PLAN IS A RIPP OFF WHEN YOU READ THE TERMS AND Conditions.

I AM PLANING TO SEE IF WE CAN HAVE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

BUT Here IS THE THING.

i THINK WHO EVER HAS A Case SHOULD LEAVE A CONTACT ADDRESS OR TEL# OR SOMETHING THAT WE CAN RICH THEM AND RUN THE LAWSUIT.

WHO EVER IS INTERESTED CAN CONTACT ME . I am going to ask a lawyer and if we have the case I am going to post contact information.

Good hope u win... We bought Ashley furniture from michaels furniture payed for gardsmen protection for our couch.

We payed someone but have no warranty with the company bc michaels sold me an invalid or void protection plan .... However gardsmen came out one time and cleaned couch. They said it was a mistake and I got a lucky "free" cleaning. I say since you processed a claim you just validated the protection plan.

They say no. Michaels sold me the plan after I purchased couch. Basically they commited fraud by taking my money from me with nothing in return not to mention I have ALL documentation and contract with agreement number. If u need help 732814**** Ed ...

They should be held accountable. They are thieves

I also now have a 4 year old stained dirty couch that I paid a lot of money for... If they honored what they sell my couch would still be free of stains and not damaged...

Before I found out i was sold a "fake" protection plan and didn't have a warranty gardsmen never returned any calls ... Supervisors never called back...

They claimed they never recieved documentation I sent in not once not twice and not even the 3rd time. They belong in jail for ripping off hard working citizens and families all so they can fatten their own pockets.

This is the second time I have called Guardian bc my leather was wearing on one of my recliners and I had hit the wall with another recliner and it ripped the leather I thought accidental things were covered they called everything normal wear and tear and told me nothing was covered. I asked them what the plan was good for bc apparently they don't cover anything. So disappointed it was a waste of money.

I am all for a class action lawsuit this company is a total rip off. We purchased a bedroom set for our daughters we have 10 children 5 which are under age 6.

They really did not need a new set because you know how little kids are and furniture. The sales rep at havertys (we were there looking into a bedroom set for us) convinced us into buying a 2400 dollar set for our daughters due to the warranty. She stated it was a 5yr warranty and would cover anything from nail polishing to ink. I was concerned about shelling out so much money but she said that if they could not get it back like new the furniture would be replaced.

Our first claim because my 2 and 6yr old got a hold of ink and my teenagers nail polish and of course wrote on the furniture. Guardian is refusing to fix and cancelled us in writing without any notification. They said we allowed our kids to abuse the furniture. Now like I said who in there right mind would pay that kind of money only to let their children intentionally write on it?

I explained we only purchased the bedroom set due to the warranty because we have so many children. I am so pissed cause here we are stuck with a 2400 dollar bedroom set that we really did not need and now with no warranty to cover damages. my contact info is 727 378 ****. I pointed out that their brochure states protects against nail polish and ink!!!!

We are in Florida. I am also filing a complaint with our attorney general's office.

I purchased a living room set from the Roomplace in 2009, with that I purchased a five year protection plan with Guardian. The sofa cushion has a tear on it. I called Guardian, and I was told that the warranty did not cover the tear, on the sales receipt it says protection from burns, rips and tears.
