Extreme disappointment in GWC and poor customer service. We purchased a warranty for $3,500 11 months ago, and had a few problems that began shortly afterwards with our 2007 GMC 2500 HD.

1. The warranty covered ABSOLUTELY ZERO of these issues. 2. The dealer never gave us the option of a higher level of coverage.

3. Your company never mailed or informed of possible upgrade in coverage. 4. The great people at our repair shop were treated VERY RUDELY by GWC staff when contacted to find out if any issues were covered.

We will never purchase a GWC warranty again, and will warn everyone we know to steer clear of this company. What a giant waste of $3,500 hard earned dollars.
