I just saw one of their "mailers" that was addressed to my daughter. Her car is brand new and they are already trying to get her money.

I like how it prints right on the front that if anyone tries to stop the delivery of their junk mail there is a $2000 fine and 5 years in jail. Whoaaaa, I'm scared. I'd like to know how they get peoples addresses, probably from the auto manufacturer.

Then you open the mailer and it is filled with scare tactics but their name is in tiny little letters where you have no idea who they are.

So I called them and asked who they are and where they are located. The operator hung up as soon as I told them I am the dad of the girl they sent their *** to.

Guess the second they feel they are up against someone with some common sense and ready to challenge their tactics they run away.

It was a great learning experience for my daughter but the best part was when she looked at me and asked why she would need two warranties, We both just laughed.

You don't need an attorney to read your contract, they are as plain as day and it's either covered or it's not. You can't add components as you go along based on your personal situation.

If you want better coverage, then pay for it. You can't say the company stinks because it's a minor repair. You own an Audi, expect alot of minor repairs and be happy you have the warranty for when you have a real problem.

Get over it and move on. :upset

I'm happy to see that most of you have enough common sense to know what your actually buying. I know all the Guardian Warranty programs in depth and nowhere does it say they cover a glove box.

They do cover a glove box lock which is exactly what they agreed to pay for. Maybe you should read your contract before you criticise a great company that honors all and I mean all legitimate claims. Next time buy a car where the glove box can actually outlive the car.

Rediculous!!!Good Luck Cry Baby! :cry

You have got to be KIDDING ME !!!

These aftermarket extended service contracts don't fix gloveboxes or interior trim parts. These are protection from mechanical failure.

Why would you even go to the Audi dealer for such a thing? I know Guardian to be a great product if you know what you purchased, and the dealer didn'e embelish.

:) I have Guardian Warranty for almost 3 years and am getting ready to extend it for 3 more. It covers everything you need for the car to operate.

Not glove box, It covers engines, window motors and such, I have had two fuel censers and one window motor. No problem in payment or service.

I just bought a used 2005 Tahoe Z71 with every bell and whistle. The dealer recommended the GWC warranty.

He has a shop at his dealership and claims he has never had problems with them not paying for what is covered. Which according to my brochure is quite a bit! I hope I didn't waste $1,200.00 on this warranty?

I would like to hear from good/bad experiences with this company while I still have a chance to cancel it. Thank You :)

All dealership markup their part as much as 300% Think about what I am saying. That is why they offered $60 instead of $400. Go to the Audi parts counter and ask for a glove box / lock and see what they tell you.

Its a shame that Bill doesnt know how many cars he ownes. He list 4 cars with you and only 2 on mine.

What happened to the 2 cars Bill, they break down in the short period of time it took you to write these bullshite remaeks and GWC told you to stick it. Perhaps your next review will have 4 than 8 and 16.If you love GWC so much I will sell you my car with warranty for top value, after all, they will cover it.

thats becuase its not a bumper to bumper and shame on your dealer for not telling you i have four _ cars awith gwc and they have pd all the claims ive had including a motor with only 55,000miles because rod broke claim cost 2800.00 and they pd all but ded,

Get Prepaid Legal. They do very well on warranty issues - many warranty problems customers have are covered however, if they can give you the run around, they will because they don't believe anyone will hire an attorney for this amount of money. Prepaid Legal really shines with these types of issues, and insurance carriers not paying all that they should when a claim is filed.
